Web Delivery Policy
1. Orders can be delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland), mainland Europe and International countries unless stated; this excludes PO Box addresses and BFPO addresses.
1.2 We currently use DPD services to deliver orders. Actual delivery times may vary for you depending on;
a) Our stock availability,
b) Your delivery address,
c) Customers local postal and courier services,
d) When you make your selection,
e) Circumstances impacting delivery by the couriers
We reserve the right to use alternative delivery methods without prior notification.
1.3 You will not hold us responsible for any delays, outside our control, which relate to the delivery of your order.
1.4 It is the customer’s responsibility to report all lost orders online or call us on +44 (0) 207 377 0061 within 7 days. Customers are obliged to comply with either the couriers claim compensation process or Taj Global Ltd process. Failure to comply with these processes, as amended from time to time, will result in no refund.
1.5 We reserve the right to cancel your membership if it becomes apparent that, in our sole opinion, the postal service in your area is too unreliable.
1.6 If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive from us, please contact our customer services team on email@example.com We retain the right to request a return of any faulty goods by recorded delivery to Taj Global Ltd, 112 Brick Lane, London E1 6RL United Kingdom and the product will be inspected. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned goods. We will consider refunds for any boxes returned to us in their original unopened packaging within 7 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse refund on any product.
1.7 International customers: If goods are being ordered from outside of the UK, import duties & taxes may be incurred once your package reaches its destination. Taj Global Ltd is not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimate in regard to this. If buying internationally, you are advised to contact local customs authorities for further information regarding costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the goods, you will also be the importer of record & as such should ensure that your purchase is full compliance with the laws of the country into which goods are being imported.
1.8 Please be aware that the package or packages may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and Taj Global Ltd cannot guarantee that the packaging of your goods be free from tampering.
