Suitable For Vegetarians

Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Red Chilies, Pomegranate Seeds, Mango Powder, Black Cardamom, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cloves, Bay Leaves, Salt.

Suggested Recipe:  Soak Chick Peas For 4 Hrs Preferably Overnight, Cook And Keep Them Aside. Heat Ghee/Oil In A Deep Pan. Fry Onions Till They Turn Light Brown, Add Mangal Chana Masala And Salt To Taste. Add Cooked Peas And Simmer For A Few Minutes. Serve Hot With Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves, Tomato & Lemon Slices.

For Paneer Chole Dish Add 100g of Cottage Cheese (Paneer).
