LAILA GLUTINOUS RICE 2KG
Laila Sticky Glutinous Rice may be mistaken for being a rice containing gluten. However, what it actually means is that this opaque rice, which once cooked, is sticky and glue-like in texture. It is often called ‘sticky’, ‘sweet’ or ‘pearl’ rice. Perfect for Oriental & Asian chicken dishes and desserts.
Glutinous Rice 100%
- Take 75g rice (per person), 10g butter and 750ml of milk, mix together in a medium pan. Bring to the boil stirring continuously.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring continuously, until the rice is soft.
- Add 25g of sugar if preferred and serve.

Storage Instruction: Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep tightly closed and consume within the Best Before End date.
