JALPUR JUWAR FLOUR

Jalpur Juwar flour is made from Sorghum seeds.  Jalpur Juwar flour is grinded using sorghum. It is milled from seeds that have a cream colour texture to them. It is 100% gluten free and may be used on it’s own or mixed with other flours to make puris and rotis.
