JALPUR MOONG DALL FLOUR
Jalpur Moong Bean flour is made from dried, ground split green Moong gram. The lentils are cleaned, roasted and then ground into the flour. They are parched and ground into flour after removal of the testa or the seed-coat. This flour is used in various Indian and Chinese dishes.

Packed and produced in a mill that handles wheat, gluten, nuts, peanuts, mustard, sesame and soya.
All products are dairy free and suitable for vegetarians.
