Mango chutney can be used as a filling for tart shells, a tiny dollop over vanilla cheese cake or as a sandwich spread. Can also be served with traditional Indian tandoori, papadoms or atop an Indian spiced lamb burger for that exotic ‘sweet & spicy’ taste.
