Gondhoraj Lebu (lemon) intensely floral, sweet, and permeating, distinct from the sharper, bitter notes of a standard kaffir lime.Traditionally served as fresh wedges alongside rice and daal, where a gentle squeeze releases aromatic oils over the meal. Cultivated in the regions of Bangladesh and Kolkata.
