Ferns Brinjal pickle is a tangy pickle made from the freshest of Brinjals (Aubergines). Goes well as an accompaniment to rice and curries as well as naans and rotis. Can also be added to hamburgers to spice up the taste.

An original recipe of Mrs. N. Fernandes where the use of large chunks of the freshest fruit still make the Ferns range unique.
